Hello! I can not begin to tell you how excited I am to be sharing with you! This is something I’ve wanted to do for some time just couldn’t seam to “get out of my own way ” as they say, enough to do it. I’d like to share a personal spot in my life with you…

5 years ago I was diagnosed with Celiac Decease. Celiac disease is a chronic digestive and immune disorder that damages the small intestine. The disease is triggered by eating foods containing gluten. The disease can cause long-lasting digestive problems and keep your body from getting all the nutrients it needs.

Now that you have the Medical name and info; let me give you that in English… if I eat anything at all with gluten in it I’m a freaking mess! Take your worse upset stomach add gas pains, usually some form of god awful rash somewhere on me for days and let that ponder in your brain for a bit… Once they figured out what my problem was it explained so much for me. Like the reason I was 5’3 and 223lbs… yeah there was that!

It’s been a very hard long  journey, a lot of exercise eating healthy and NOOOO gluten, and oh yeah a serious boob lift! But Ive learned to live with Celiac and  keep my weight off.  It’s just a matter of really paying attention to everything that you eat… I have to look at the ingredients in everything so I go shopping for stuff that actually says gluten free on the label.  My family has been great with all of this as well. My husband actually eats this way with me most of the time as its just easier that way. Tell me thats not love lol!

I’ll say I got lucky though. I have met a few people that have it so much worse than me. I’m one of the fortunate ones because I can eat off the same pan, spoon, etc. and not have a problem, there are cases that can’t do that.

Yours truly and as always.
